Most of the new residents in the parks will now be part of the famous baby boomer generation. They are now the new retirees. The majority of this age group now use the internet. They turn to the 'net when looking for everything from new runners to a new car. They may not buy online but they go there to do their 'looking around'.
If you are not advertising on the internet then you are losing out on a large part of the potential customer base.
'For Rent' Ads
We have programmed our ad listings to provide some features that help address some of the problems faced by those trying to rent out their park models.
You can manage your rental ad using the 'available months' feature that allows you to continue promoting those unrented months.
For as long as the ad appears you can make changes and even when the unit is fully rented for the season you can continue to promote it for the following season. Many renters will shop for the next year in the late season just before they pack up to head home.
You can purchase your ad to run for either six (6) or twelve (12) months. In either option the ad can be left on the list for that period or removed at your discretion.

You have the option for your ad to appear on the site for up to six (6) or twelve (12) months, unless it is removed by you.

You may make as many changes to the ad as you wish for as long as it is on the site. This allows you to change the available months when part of the season is rented.

Up to six (6) pictures may be uploaded to your ad.

Note: If the park model is being advertised for sale while it is being rented you have the option of placing a for sale ad and get a free rental ad at the same time. (see For Sale Ads section below)
To Place Your Ad ...

Click on the button and follow the instructions on the ad form. The ad will appear as soon as it is approved. We will contact you if there are any problems.

Choose your payment option (below) and submit (or mail) your payment.

If you have any problems or would like us to place the ad for you just let us know.

A note about picture size. Pictures can be any dimension but if they exceed 1 MB in size then you may have a problem loading. If your pictures don't load properly then resize them or email them to us to do that for you.

'For Sale' Ads
We are providing the opportunity for you to advertise your park model on the site until it is sold or for one year, whichever comes first. Hopefully it won't take a year but there are many examples of listings taking a long time to find that right buyer.
We are adding a special feature for those many situations where the park model is being rented while it is up for sale. If you list your park model for sale you can also include it in the rental ad listings for no additional cost. There you can advertise the months available and make the changes as you rent part of the season. (see Rental Ads section)
You can make changes to your ad for as long as it appears. You can change prices or conditions, add or change pictures, improve the description, and add improvements. This is important as ads that appear for too long become stale, potential buyers begin to assume there must be a problem with that unit that has not sold for long.

A note about picture size. The smaller the picture format the better. Especially if you are loading more than a couple pictures. If your pictures don't load properly then resize them or email them to us to do that for you.

arranged for a mail pick-up point just across the border if you prefer to mail to an
American address. Or you can send payment to our address in Canada.
Note: Re: Canadian/U.S. Exchange - Payments made online are adjusted for exchange. If mailing payment pay the amount in either Canadian or U.S. funds. The values are too close to worry about.
