* North Central U.S. is approx averaging of locations in the northern Midwest and West And the bugs. Have we mentioned that before? Probably doesn't fit under 'weather' but it is a huge benefit to outdoor life. "I never thought that critters would also hibernate in warm climates, but they do. During a six week period I saw exactly two bugs. I never realized before how pleasant it can be to have nice summer days outdoors without bug spray or swatting the critters off the food. It is quite pleasant. But, of course, in the early fall and late spring they are around."
