The price, model information, park, location, AND one line description will also be shown on the main page of all trailer listings. You should write that one line description to attract attention to your park model.
Upload up to six (6) pictures to appear on the site listing for your trailer. The first picture you upload should be the one you want to also appear on the main page of listings. That is normally the outside picture of the park model.
If your park model is also available for rent then indicate that in the comments section and also submit a separate rental ad.
Remember that most people shopping online for a park model trailer will first look at those with the most complete information.
Lot Only Listings If you are listing a lot in a resident-owned park then only complete the information that is relevant BUT make sure the one line description is clear that it is a lot. Also make sure to include a picture and provide a complete description of size, location, and any extras included in the price.
