Monthly rent is $1700.00 USD in addition to a $75.00 non-refundable cleaning fee and a refundable $500.00 security deposit due with lease signing. Available April-May 2019 and October-December 2019. Not available January-April 2020. A minimal resort fee is payable to Carriage Manor RV Resort upon check in at the front desk.
