Spacious, lots of storage space, and fully furnished with sleeper sofa in living room, as well as a futon in the newly renovated casita (perfect for guests). All kitchen utensils, cookware, and linens provided, as well as a washer/dryer. No smokers please, but a small pet would be okay! Utilities are included, but WIFI/cable will be covered by the renter. Deposit is required. Available for rent for a 3 month lease from Nov. 19/24 to April 1st 2025.
