A 20% discount offered for rentals of 3 or more months. Cleaning fee is $150. Utilities are included in the rent. One month’s rent is required to hold your reservation. Cancellation prior to 61 days from the intended date of check-in, you will be issued a 100% refund. Cancellation prior to 31 days from the intended date of check-in, you will be issued a 50% refund. Cancellation occurs within 30 days or less of your check in date, no refund will be issued. Cancellation notice is to be provided in writing (email or text). A 25.00 activity pass can be purchased at the resort office and is complimentary for those renting a month or more. You will stay in the highly desired Mesa Spirit RV resort, a vibrant community of hospitable travelers and winter visitors, with access to all the amenities! Located in a convenient area of Mesa with easy access to numerous attractions and activities, many to be reached without having to get on the freeway. Courtesy patrol is available 24/7 to give you peace of mind. One guest must be 55+. Sleeps to 2 to 4. Property in friendly RV community. The main home is surprisingly spacious 380sf with a 225sf casita/bonus room with a sofa bed, desk, and full bathroom.This room has a space heater but no AC (at this time), may not be suitable during the warmer months. A small shop area is great for those who like to tinker. Guest access: You will have access to the entire space which includes the main home,casita, and laundry room/shop. Other information: upgraded Wi-fi and either cable and internet are provided but can be unreliable. No smoking or vaping please.
