Rental Terms:

Preferably a 5 month minimum stay with first and last months rent. Depending on the park Location delivery fee will be needed. And the price of the park will also be included in the monthly rent.

Fifth wheel has 2 ac units controlled by the living room and the bed room. 1 canopy out the main door. Hot water is controlled by gas or electric, the unit has a full size residential refrigerator. 2 tvs, optional washer and dryer combo. Over all the unit is in amazing shape and has a ton of storage for all your needs. Hook up is 50 amps.
