Prefer monthly rentals... But open to weekly rental @ $900/wk. Propane, and Internet are provided. Park cable available at an extra cost.

This Park Model has been updated with new flooring and is ready for your enjoyment. Rincon offers a large swimming pool, two hot tubs, two work-out rooms, pickleball, shuffle board, tennis, bocce ball, billiards, and a library.... just to name a few. The park is also within 4 miles of downtown Tucson, and the U of A. Don't forget the GEM show and Rodeo in FEB. The park model has a shed to store your bikes, a grill, and a trundle bed for your guests.
