Rental Terms:

Prefer rentals on a Monthly Basis, but will entertain weekly rental (please call Jim at 262-227-3997 to discuss). Rental includes private internet access. Park cable is available for an extra fee. Service pets welcome, but park requires documentation.

Spacious 1 Bedroom (Queen Bed), walk in shower, in unit washer / dryer. Unit has large dining area with front kitchen. Also has expanded open concept Arizona room with office area and living room with electric fireplace and large screen TV. Linens, Blankets, Towels, Dishes, Pots/Pans are ready for your use. Small deck on front and back of unit to relax outdoors. The park has a large swimming pool, 2 jacuzzis, billiards, library, pottery, lapidary, woodshop, and card rooms. Bingo, Dances, and other activities available in the auditorium. Tucson offers a wide variety of activities... GEM Show, Rodeo, Great Hiking (access to 4 different mountain ranges), Bike trail access just out the back gate ( 100+ miles paved trail ), and if you are so inclined, yes skiing at Mt. Lemon.
