Rental Terms:

Prefer 3 month rental in peak (Jan-Mar) season. On 3+ month rental will discount a total of $1000. A $1000 deposit is required for rental which will be refunded after your departure by check if no physical damage has occurred during stay. Renter will be responsible for all charges that require more than $1000 if major damage has occurred. First and last months rent required upon occupancy on longer term rental. Check in is 3 PM. Washer and dryer has an extra charge of $12 per month and runs on propane. All electrical charges are not included and are billed around the 1st of the month. It is meter read. Propane, water, sewer, and trash are included. Cable TV/internet is also provided. Can opt out of cable for $50 deduction. A TV antenna is provided with excellent reception for all national channels, local, and another 20+ available.

This barely lived in 700 square foot 2016 unit is in excellent shape with a backyard space almost unheard of in most spaces. Includes all appliances including a washer and dryer, all kitchen necessities including many other amenities not often included in your "regular" rentals. Also has a convertible bed for extra sleeping. All bedding, towels, many household items for personal use, desk with writing materials, books, space heaters and much more. Includes a patio table with 4 chairs and umbrella. One bicycle is available. Within close proximity to main complexes including pool, spa, auditorium, library, mailroom, activity room, woodshop, exercise equipment, poolroom, lapidary, activity office and more. Dedicated bike and walking path nearby.
