Rental Terms:

A $300 deposit is required for rental which will be refunded after your departure by check if no physical damage has occurred during stay. Renter will be responsible for all charges that require more than $300 if major damage has occurred also. Washer and dryer has an extra charge of $8 per month and runs on propane. All electrical charges are not included and are billed around the 1st of the month. It is meter read. Propane, water, sewer, and trash are included. Cable TV/internet is not available as of this posting due to a change in policy for renters. More information to come when available. A TV antenna is provided with excellent reception for all national channels, local, and another 20+ available. Prefer 3+ month rental.

Additional Description:

This barely lived in 2016 is in excellent shape with a backyard space almost unheard of in most spaces. Includes all appliances including a washer and dryer, all kitchen necessities including many other amenities not often included in your "regular" rentals. All bedding (including a twin rollaway bed), towels, many household items for personal use, desk with writing materials, books, space heaters and much more. Includes a patio table with 4 chairs and umbrella. One bicycle is available. This had one owner in 2016 for 1 year. Every other year after that has only had 2-4 month renters each season. Within close proximity to main complexes including pool, spa, auditorium, library, mailroom, activity room, woodshop, exercise equipment, poolroom, lapidary, activity office and more.
