Rental Terms:

Price quoted if for 30 day stay or longer. A minimum two week stays is permitted, daily rate for a two week stay is 75.00 per day. 500.00 Security Deposit and 175.00 Cleaning fee. If bringing a dog there is a 175.00 pet fee. Carriage Manor RV Resort charges a one time per person $10.00 resort fee

Fully remodeled and spotless! New flooring, cabinetry, dual pane windows and bathrooom was enlarged to create a full size step in shower. Faces north so mountain views from the deck are outstanding. You will love the resort life, staying and playing in Carriage Manor. www.CarriageManorRV.com Beautiful fully stocked kitchen, large dining area, expanded walk in shower, huge added living room with wall to wall windows. The tasteful bedroom offers comfortable queen bed and a TV with ROKU, two double closets and built in drawers for plenty of storage. Spacious living room has sofa and two electric recliners to enjoy the large smart TV with ROKU. Guests can use their own user names and passwords to connect streaming apps to the TV like Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video etc.... along with an antenna for local TV Channels in both living room and the bedroom. 1 dog under 30 lbs permitted. If bringing a dog please let me know so I can advise you of Carriage Manor's specific rules about dogs.
