Peak season rent is based on 5 month rental ... Dec-Apr. Rent includes electricity, water, sewer, garbage, internet and television. $1000.deposit and first month’s rent due when booked. Remainder due upon arrival. May-Sept $1300 per month plus electricity. Also pets allowed with $100 deposit and approval of owner. Owners are local.
