Rental Terms:

Deposit 1000 to be received 30 days in advance. We pay utilities. Available until Dec 15th. Huge Discount on Dec rent if they rent Oct and Nov. Rent 2 mo. Min. Rent due 2 Mos before entry. Fully Refundable up to 30 days before entry. Only half refund after that for the next 2 weeks and 2 weeks prior to entry no refund. The park does require a credit/background check at the renters expense. Minimum two month rental. No smoking no pets.
