Rental Terms:

The rent is $2000 per month, October through December. April through September the rent is $1800 per month. With rental agreements that are four months or longer the rent is reduced $200 per month. A $500 refundable deposit and $75 non-refundable cleaning fee are required. First month rent, deposit and cleaning fee required when booked. Balance of the rent is due upon arrival. Rent includes electricity (owner pays up to $100 per month) , water, garbage, sewer, internet and antenna TV service.
