Available December. Monthly rental available in off season. Rent includes electricity, water, sewer, garbage, internet and television. $1000 deposit and 1st month's rental due when booked. Remainder due upon arrival. May rent is plus utilities. Summer months also available at $900/mo plus electric. Owners are local.
