Rental Terms:

A $500 deposit is required prior to arriving and rent is due on the first of each month. Utility costs (electricity and propane) are normally included in the monthly rent.

Located along the Southern perimeter the home is fully furnished and "turn key" for the seasonal renter who wants to escape the cold and spend quality time in Tucson's sunny climate. Our home backs to the desert and the Pantano Wash which is full of hiking and sightseeing trails. The nearby Saguaro National Park also provides great sightseeing and hiking. Rincon Country East Resort is full of amenities from the pool to the spa. There are tennis, bocce, and pickle ball courts as well as a practice driving net for honing you golf skills. The club house has a woodworking and leather shop as well as TV and Internet rooms. The park also hosts live entertainment and special dinner events for the active individual. TV and Internet services can be had from local vendors or can be provided in advance if desired. So, bring your warm weather clothes and spend the winter in the warmth!
