The Arizona room is full length of trailer and that is the Living room. There is a private patio in back. No washer/ dryer but there is laundry facilities in the park. Trailer is near the laundry, community center and pool. There is a small pet area and the park has a separate fenced RV parking available to rent. Rent includes electric, water/sewer/garbage and internet. No cable. 42 inch TV in bedroom and 65 inch tv in Livingroom.
